    Malcolm Schaverien

    Project Architect

    A retired corporate troubleshooter and private investigator, Malcolm has authored two books under the pseudonym Harlan Wolff. He has spent the last five years committed to blockchain technology and been an advisor to several tech companies. The father of three children, Malcolm holds strong views regarding the monopolisation of food markets and creeping global domination by big corporates. Malcolm wrote the BuyLocal project as a passionate response to the forces of power and greed that are destroying global communities. His paper received widespread approval from the tech industry and environmental groups, offering the global support that is now turning his vision into reality.

    Eric Kenly

    Eric R. Kenly is the Executive Director of ThaiRoute.com, an integrated Global Distribution System (GDS) travel solution that links leading Thai companies making it easier for Thai people to travel in Thailand.

    In the United States, Eric R. Kenly is the founder and CEO of I.O. Technologies, a technical consulting and content development firm specializing in the creation of learning programs for the communications industry. Eric brings over 30 years of technical experience in all aspects of imaging and managing teams in the profitable delivery of effective communications.

    He has extensive experience in the development and application of leading-edge software and computer publishing technologies and has provided training, consulting and research services for domestic and international client’s such as Canon and Microsoft.

    Eric co-authored “Getting it Printed Vision 3” and authored “Getting it Printed Version 4 and “Benchmarking Digital Prepress”. Eric has a Master of Science in Imaging Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology (R.I.T.) and a Bachelor’s of Science from Stockton State University. He is a sought after presenter at many national and international graphic arts, printing and technical trade shows.

    Wolfgang Taigner

    Retired from the Natural History Museum of Vienna, Wolfgang has a solid network in Austria and beyond. He is the advisor on the BuyLocal pilot project and will be BuyLocal's relationship builder for non-government and government organizations across Austria.

    Paal Dinessen

    Former Norwegian Naval Special Forces, Paal Dinessen has successfully achieved self-sufficiency through organic farming. As an organic farmer and fresh food evangelist, he has built a strong network of like-minded people around the world. Paal is committed to educating communities on the benefits of the organic diet and leads by example. He brings a wealth of experience and talent to the project.

    Nigel Hughes

    Blockchain Advisor

    Nigel comes from a background of mainstream software development. He is a bitcoin early adopter and has been involved with cryptocurrency and blockchain related projects since 2010.

    His long career has exposed him to many industries notably gaming, entertainment, statistical analysis, telecoms, medtech and aerospace. He has recently completed a successful NEM based ICO for LoyalCoin, a loyalty rewards company. He is a principal consultant for NEM foundation and advises a number of ICOs and blockchain startups in South East Asia.

    Armando Zippo

    Armando Zippo is an Economic Advisor, a Military Historian and an International Financial Advisor from Lazio, Italy.

    He holds licenses & certifications in Medical-Multimedia-Multimodalities “M3”.

    Also the promoter of Presso Club B2B ADRIO-BALTIC where the Adriatic and Baltic States convene for trade and economic stability.

    He has also written many papers on Geopolitical Economic Strategies.

    He studied Economics at the Academia del Mediterraneo and eventually became President of the Academy. As a political scientist and humanitarian Armando brings his vast experience and integrity to the BuyLocal Project.

    International Advisory Board

    The International Advisory Board is a private network of business executives that pools services, contacts and opportunities. Founded by business colleagues in Canada in 2013, it has steadily grown into a useful tool for networking and fast tracking business interests. Membership is by invitation only and private. Attracted by the compelling BuyLocal concept, IAB readily agreed to provide some seed financing and to commit expertise and ongoing support to the project.
